Dr. Obaje gave the commendation following the Katsina State Government’s provision of additional operational vehicles to the State CARES Coordinating Unit (SCCU) and its Delivery Platforms, describing the move as a clear demonstration of the governor’s dedication to effective service delivery and smooth programme operations.
According to him, the timely logistical support reflects the state government’s proactive approach and readiness to commence the next phase of the programme.
“This strategic support by His Excellency, Governor Dikko Umaru Radda, underscores Katsina State’s strong ownership of the NG-CARES programme.
The provision of operational vehicles will significantly enhance coordination, field supervision, and timely delivery of interventions to beneficiaries,” Dr. Obaje said.
He further assured that the Federal CARES Support Unit (FCSU) remains committed to working closely with Katsina State and other participating states to ensure the successful achievement of the objectives of NG-CARES 2.0.
