Youths in Jigawa State have declared their support for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 general elections.
The political gathering, held in Kafin-Hausa, was organised to mobilise support for the president and to honour All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain and former Special Assistant to the Jigawa Governor on Health, Zakari Sidi Kafin-Hausa.
Speaking at the event, Hon. Zakari Sidi said the gathering aimed to reaffirm support for President Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima ahead of the polls. He said Tinubu deserved a second term to consolidate ongoing developmental policies and programmes across the country.
He described Nigeria as “fortunate to have President Tinubu at this critical time,” noting that his boldness, experience and popularity were key to driving economic and infrastructural progress.
Hon. Sidi highlighted Tinubu’s initiatives, including the push for full local government autonomy, the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), and youth economic empowerment projects, describing them as commendable steps toward national development.
He expressed gratitude to his community for the honour and pledged continued service to Kafin-Hausa and Jigawa State at large.
