The Jigawa State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) has commenced an online recruitment exercise for Education Secretaries across all 27 Local Government Areas of the state.
In a statement released on behalf of the SUBEB Chairman, the board announced that the recruitment targets qualified individuals passionate about improving and strengthening the state’s educational system.
According to the guidelines, interested candidates must hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or a Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE) with a minimum of 18 years of relevant experience.
The online portal opened on Monday, September 8, 2025, and will close by midnight on Monday, September 15, 2025. Applications are to be submitted through the official recruitment portal at www.esrecruitment.subebjigawa.org.ng before the deadline.
SUBEB urged eligible candidates across the state to take advantage of this opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the growth and development of basic education in Jigawa.
