A chieftain of the People’s Redemption Party PRP , Dr. Maryam Ringim, has urged women and youths across the country to support the party ahead of the 2027 general elections, saying Nigeria’s future depends on their active participation.
Dr. Ringim, who is also the National Women Leader of YMK Nigeria, made the call on Sunday during a mobilisation meeting with party supporters in Dutse.
She emphasised the need for greater involvement of women in political activities and grassroots mobilisation, describing women as a decisive force in electoral success.
According to her, Nigerian women should actively register with the PRP and mobilise support for the party within their communities to strengthen its chances in the forthcoming elections.
Dr. Ringim stated that the party remains committed to inclusive governance and policies that would empower women and youths nationwide.
She also called on party supporters across the country to intensify grassroots campaigns and membership drives ahead of the party primaries and the 2027 elections.
The PRP chieftain expressed confidence that with massive support from women and youths, the party would emerge stronger and effectively challenge the ruling party in the next general elections.
